Terms and Conditions

1. This activity will start on 14th September 2023 and end on 14th November 2023. No entry or registration will be entertained after 11:59 PM, 14th November, 2023.

2. This activity is open only to persons of age 18 years and above, as on 14th September, 2023.Participation in this activity is purely voluntary. Participation in this activity implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. This activity is valid  for the residents of the states of Punjab, Haryana, UT of Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh & Rajasthan

4. The contest is not applicable in or for the residents of the state of Tamil Nadu. Any participation received from the residents of the states, union territory or districts other than those specified above will not be considered. Participation in this activity will be treated as void ab initio wherever such activities are specifically prohibited under local laws.

5. This package is also available without this activity.

6. Participants stand a chance to win Rs. 3/- on purchase of this package.. To redeem the cash printed on the packaging insert, the participant needs to surrender the original packaging insert to the shopkeeper on or before 14th November 2023.

7. The participant will be given only the amount which is mentioned on the Packaging Insert. No additional claim will be entertained.

8. Prize(s) shall be given once original pack insert along with valid proof of identity, address and age have been provided by the winner. 

9. A damaged or illegible packaging insert may be rejected.

10. ITC Limited will not be liable in any manner for any claim arising out of or in respect of this activity. 

11. ITC unilaterally reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this activity including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice or assigning any reason, at its sole discretion and without any liability. 

12. Employees of ITC and their family members are not eligible to participate in this activity. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata. 

13. ITC Limited reserves the right to reject the claim if any of the terms or conditions are not met. ITC Limited will not be liable in any manner for any claim arising out of or in respect of this activity. 

14. By participating in the activity, the Participants consent to collection, storing, processing and use of personal information and sensitive personal information of the Participants by ITC and its service providers.
